Luxury Fiber for You!

Are you a spinner? Felter? or know someone that is? Llama fiber is considered a luxury fiber and when it has been dehaired (the guardhairs removed) then it is just, oh, so soft.

We sell our clean dehaired fibers through three websites . . .

Etsy Shop

Local Harvest

and occasionally a special guest appearance on the amazing Spincerely's Etsy Shop

On the Local Harvest site you will find natural llama colors from white, to charcoal, to amazing browns. My sister, Spincerely, also really likes the fiber arts and she dyes the fibers and sells them in her shops. We have some of our fibers that have traveled to Finland and other exotic places fitting for a luxury fiber.

As a non-breeding farm we have two priorities - poop and fiber. Both are amazing products, both bring much happiness to the users, both require close attention to nutrition and care of the animals, and both are better when kept separated from one another. We have a name for our poop - Llama Llama Poo Poo. Our gormet llama poo is good stuff!

Our luxury fibers are priced affordably based on our costs. Our llama vets are very reasonable in their fees and llamas are relatively low maintenance. They eat grain and hay. The fiber is shipped out to be processed and dehairing is more costly than regular processing. I do all my own shearing with hand shears which takes over two hours a llama. And then there is the packaging, which I just love and look forward to continuing. Your purchase directly benefits the llamas and we stand behind our product. Thank you so much for your interest!
